The residences complex is designed in amphitheatrical way, so that every owner has a view of the Aegean Sea and the "open air museum" of Despotiko Island. We are also using only premium quality materials trying to think as these houses are for us and our families. Here are some 3d plans of the project!

A+ ENERGY EFFICIENT

In fully respect with the environment we are using local materials to build the residences. Moreover we are using materials and techniques that will give each residence a certified A+ energy efficiency. It is not only the premium isolation of the walls or the energy+ glasses on windows but also the use of solar panels for hot water all day long!

A+ SEA VIEW

As we analyse in previous pages, the land has a privilleged position as, especially to the west, cannot be limited! Actually no-one can build something to the west so the view will remain unrestricted. But it is not only the sea that makes the view great. The Despotiko Island right opposite is a real open museum and the Apollo Temple that was found there is lightened every night making the aura incredible!
