FLOORPLANS

FLEXIBILITY IS IMPORTANT

We have already schedule to fit 4 independent residences in the land. Each residence is designed to be from 74 to 81 square meters. Flexibility is important to us so we can change the floorplan and the layout of each residence meeting your demands. We can make it smaller or even bigger by building three instead of four residences. We are here to discuss all the available options.

GENERAL PLAN

The general floor plan can give you an idea of the whole complex . The important thing to consider is that the residences in the back row are much higher than the front row, so that each one of them has a sea view.

RESIDENCE ONE

Residence 1 is located on the low right side of the plot! We have designed it to be 81 square meters, but It can be from 65-100 square meters as we can add a second floor on top of the right bedroom. The total land that will belong to the owner will be around 250sqm and can have a swimming pool in any area of the exterior. It has sea view and the owner can use a space from the land as covered parking lot! Of course there will be an exterior kitchen so you can eat al fresco by the stars!

RESIDENCE TWO

Residence 2 is located on the upper right side of the land! The floorpan on the left is for 74 square meters but It can be from 65-100 square meters as we can add a second floor on top of the left bedroom. The total land that will belong to the owner will be around 250sqm and can have a swimming pool in any area of the exterior. It has a great view as it is more than 2.5 meters above the residence 1 which is in front. The access from the street will be by a beautiful stone alley that leads right in front of the house. Exterior kitchen-bar and beautiful benches will be there for you to enjoy!

RESIDENCE THREE

Residence 3 is located on the upper left side of the land! It can also be from 65-120 square meters as we can add a second floor on top of the right bedroom. The total land that will belong to the owner will also be around 250sqm and can have a swimming pool in any area of the exterior. It has a great view as it is above the residence 4 who is beneath! The access from the street will be by a beautiful lighted stone alley that leads right in front of the house. To the left side of the land there is a green place that belongs to the local authorities and will be transformed to a green park so the beautiful view will remain forever! Exterior kitchen, bar and sitting area are also included!

RESIDENCE FOUR

Residence 4 is located on the lower left side of the land! It is designed at 81 square meters but can also be from 65-100 square meters and can only be ground floor. The total land that will belong to the owner will also be around 250sqm and can have a swimming pool in any area of the exterior. It has a great view and it can have a covered parking lot as It has a direct access from the street in front. To the left side of the land there is a green place that belongs to the municipal and will be transformed to a green park so the beautiful view will remain forever!
